We just wanted to express our appreciation for the work carried out by Alfred on our Heat pump.  He feels confident he has resolved the problems we were experiencing with it and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his diligence.  On top of that he is a lovely guy and we will only have Alfred come and service our Heat pump in the future so hold onto him.

We thought we would share with you how having an air source heat pump has changed our lives in the last year!

For starters, our home is warm 24/7, much appreciated by hubbie when he gets in from his night shift!! We have constant hot water, something we have never had!

But the real bonus is the dramatic decrease in our electricity consumption, from an average of 13,500 units per annum over the last eight years, in the year since we had the ASHP installed, this has dropped dramatically to 7,774, a drop of 43%!! This equates to an annual saving of £875, plus the RHI which, for us, is just over £893 per annum. So, over the 7 years that we will have the RHI our system will have paid for itself!

If you were to base the electricity bill saving on what electricity bills are going to be in April, that then equates to an annual saving of £1,772.79 plus the RHI.

Are we pleased we had the system installed, oh yes 100%!!

We have 2 x Ecodan Mitsubishi ASHPs and a 300l cylinder to provide all year-round hot water and seasonal heating for the entire building. We first started working with Energie Solutions in 2017 when we employed them to service the systems following the demise of the original installation company. Their expert knowledge on not just the functionality of the system but how to get the most out of the system has been invaluable.

Since the initial service, back in 2017, they have carried out every annual service reminding us each year that they are due. Energie Solutions have supplied and installed an additional ASHP unit to replace one of the original units and remedied any issues we have had over the years. We have recently commissioned a viability study on some additional work.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Energie Solutions to research, design and install a suitable Renewable Technology Solution to any property.

We obtained 2 quotations to have the system inspected. The one from Energie Solutions Ltd was the most competitive. We placed an order and within a week an engineer arrived. It was good to see that he had an apprentice with him and that the company had a training ethos. My first impressions were that he knew what he was doing and took time to talk me through the system. He went on the roof and checked the damaged panel.

The report arrived 10 days later and detailed the works required. We thought this represented value for money. The work involved isolating the damaged panel, some pipework changes, and the refilling of the system. The system is now up and running. I would recommend this company as their staff are professional, they do what they say and are extremely helpful. We will continue to use them in the future.

Very nice couple of chaps who carried out the work on our Solar Thermal System. Hopefully the sun will keep shining so it starts to generate some hot water. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for sending an engineer to us yesterday. He spent quite some time trying to repair our heating system. We were also grateful for all of the explanations he gave us regarding air source heat pumps and underfloor heating, something that no company has done before.

Just had an ASHP system fitted by Energie Solutions and very happy with it. Despite delivery problems due to Brexit and Covid, installation went ahead smoothly. Hit a few installation glitches, but these were dealt with in a timely manner, with full support from manufacturer (Nibe). Workmanship was knowledgeable, neat and tidy.

Purchased a new build property 4 years ago with a Grant ASHP. We have never been convinced it has worked properly. Builder constantly fobbed us off and now doesn’t even return calls. Contacted Energie Solutions amongst other companies. They were the only company that gave us a written quotation and seemed to have any idea about the system. I have since understood Grant systems are really not great and yet are builders preferred choice! I was very impressed at their diligence and I finally have a solution. They are not cheap but I felt that I knew where I stood with them, their terms and conditions of business were clear. I would certainly recommend them.

Throughout, the professionalism of the team, friendliness, patience in explaining how the process and now system works, and sorting out niggles has been excellent. Lovely people, who most of all did a fantastic, first class, quality job. Worked really hard, long days to get the job done, finished off work immaculately, cleaned up after themselves. Cannot recommend them enough.

I contacted Energie Solutions after a series of plumbers were unable to solve a specific problem with my heating system. Energie Solutions engineer carefully evaluated the system, took time to research the components, and gave clear advice with regards to the work required to solve the problem. Energie Solutions has been a great help in getting our system running properly, and knows how the system works and the best settings for it, they have helped me a few times over the phone helping to get the correct settings, I just wished that they had installed the system from the start, really do not want anyone else touching it from now on.

One of your employees came on Wednesday and did an excellent job disconnecting my batteries. So thanks for that. He is a lovely man and I am very pleased with the work he has done for me.

We would just like to say thank you so much for sorting out our heating problem. As you know, you were the only company that we could even get to come and take a look, as the make of ASHP we have doesn’t seem to be known. So many professionals simply put the phone down on us. As an elderly couple who feel the cold, we are so glad we found you and that you were happy to liase with the manufacturers and get all the relevent parts. I would like to let you know how impressed we were with the quality of service provided by Tom, and his colleague. We were prepared for two cold nights without hot water, but we spent both evenings of the installation with both heating and hot water owing to the effective pre-planning of the work. Added to this, we were treated with great courtesy and professionalism throughout.

We have been very pleased with Energie Solutions. They ave always responded promptly to any request. We have had our solar water heater and photovoltaics for 10 years now. As a company there has been good continuity and they always try to send the same engineer, which is helpful.

As we were stuck with a leaky system after the company who installed it went into liquidation we were desperate to get it fixed.
