ASHP & GSHP

At Energie Solutions we have a fully qualified team to repair or replace faulty parts on most ASHP and GSHP systems, most of our work is for customers whose system was installed by another company.   Although very reliable, sometimes ASHP and GSHP systems do go wrong. We provide a call out service (in an emergency we try to arrange an appointment the same day) to assess the fault and advise on whether parts can be repaired or replaced.  There can be many reasons why your air source or ground source  heatpump isn’t working.  Some common error messages we see are:

Daikin Altherma – 7H, U0 and C0 error codes

Samsung – E911, A200, and E407 error codes

LG Therma V – CH14 error

Mitsubishi Ecodan & Zubadan range – F3 and U6 error codes

Solar Thermal

At Energie Solutions we have a fully qualified team to repair or replace faulty parts on most Solar thermal systems. Although very reliable, sometimes Solar thermal systems do need fixing. Our team at Energie Solutions can attend emergency callouts or routine repairs covering all makes and models of solar thermal systems regardless of building type.
