Following the Governments announcement on Sunday 3rd January 2021. Energie Solutions will remain open and our Engineers are back to work following the Christmas shutdown period.
Please read the below very carefully and action where necessary:
If you or anyone in your household are showing signs of COVID-19, regardless of how minor, or if you think you have come in contact with another person who has COVID-19 please contact us immediately.
PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL:
Our engineer will endeavour to call you 10 minutes prior to arrival (where possible) to allow your household to move into an isolated part of the house. If this isn’t possible then please chose a room that we will not need access to and close the door.
Please open windows in the room our engineer will be working in to keep it as ventilated as possible.
Please open all internal doors (apart from the room your household is in) to minimise anything our engineer touches
ON OUR ARRIVAL:
We shall knock on your door and stand two meters away
Please answer the door and then stand at least two meters away to allow us entry. We politely request that you wear a face covering (unless exempt) when answering the door or in the same room as our engineers
Please then join the rest of your household and allow us to work safely
WHILST WE ARE WORKING:
Our engineer will be wearing PPE equipment. New gloves and shoe coverings will be used for each customer. We have disinfectant and will sanitise all kit we touch wherever possible
When we have completed the works, we will inform you we have completed and then exit your property
Please do not be offended, but we will not be accepting any kind of refreshments or using toilet facilities
Any paperwork (i.e. service records) will be emailed to you at a later date
Any explanation/demonstration of any of the works will be carried out over the phone/ remotely following our departure
We now also have a YouTube channel. Explanation videos will be loaded onto this site.
We will not be accepting cash as payment or be using our hand held devises to accept card payments. We will invoice you with our BACS details. If payment via BACS is not possible then please inform us by phone or email
Every member of staff of Energie Solutions has downloaded the NHS Track and Trace App.
All of Energie Solutions Engineers are now being tested for COVID-19 weekly as of the week commencing 1st February 2021
