Background

Just before Christmas we were called out to a lovely lady whose airconditioning unit had failed. She requested a Health Check to see if it could be repaired.

The Solution

On inspection, our FAGS engineer managed to get one of the two units back up and running but advised a new system would be the most cost effective.

After spending considerable time with the customer talking through options of either replacing a like for like air conditioning system (which would heat her property in winter and cool in summer or to invest in a complete wet ASHP central heating solution, she opted for the former.

Fine Tuning Our Solution

We installed a new Gree Air-conditioning outside unit and two internal units which took two days to complete leaving the customer nice and warm just in time for Christmas.
